Each capsule contains 400mg of Moringa oleifera1-2 Moringa capsules per day with meals to start, increasing after two weeks to 6 - 10 caps per day. Six days on, one day off. If intestinal discomfort is felt or excessive flatulence occurs, lower the dose by half for two weeks and then resume larger amounts up to 5 capsules twice a day, six days a week for maximum effect.
